Type of wine: Chardonnay
Definition: Varietal
Composition: 100% Chardonnay

Tasting Description
Limpid greenish yellow with golden shades that give a special glitter to the eye. Fruity scents of pineapple, banana and melon perfectly balanced with the right acidity dose emphasizing the presence of butter and toasted cask. A round wine, with persistence to the mouth.

Gastronomy and catering
A wine whose excellent structure allows for it to be combined with white meat, fish and seafood. Ideal to go with smoked salmon with caper sauce.

Production zone
San Juan, with an altitude of 630 m above sea level, has an ideal weather for growing the most outstanding quality vines. Chardonnay grapes, French in origin, adapted themselves gracefully to the arid soil and its persistent sun which in turn brought marked features that set these grapes apart from their peers.
