Production zone
“Tulum” Valley in the province of San Juan in Argentina is considered to be a warm region for the production of vines. It took us more than 15 years to acknowledge this situation and understand this distinctive grape-vine growing condition for the production of excellent quality wine. With the implementation of noble varieties and changes in the conduction systems, we succeeded in improving solar exposition that allows us to take advantage of the purity of the sun in San Juan with more than 300 sunlit days a year. Added to this, are our vineyards watered with fine crystal waters from The Andes mountains thaw.
