Type of grape: Torrontés Sanjuanino and Pedro Giménez
Definition: Mosto de uva alcoholizado
Year of harvest: 2003
Composition: Fresh grape juice with alcohol

Tasting Description
The presence of rustic honey is predominant in the mouth with a reminiscence of fresh grapes. A subtle touch of wood gives the exact amount of both cacao and vanilla to have a perfectly balanced taste. This is emblematic of the wine tradition in San Juan.

Gastronomy and catering
Ideal to go with dessert, cake or ice cream. A soft and persistent wine.

Production Zone
The grapes come from “Angaco” district in San Juan. This is a wild and salty soil that provides a hostile environment for vines, which, in spite of these conditions, do deliver a special and sacrificed fruit. The excellent sunlight in San Juan allows these grapes to reach high sugar levels which are necessary to obtain an excellent “mistela” (a type of sweet wine).
