Tasting Description
Intense gold to the eye due to its ripeness in oak casks. Traces of dried ripen fruits to the nose. Walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts bring a persistent rustic honey scent. A reminiscence of raisins is part of its taste together with a pleasant softness, due to an excellent balance between its components. A brief touch of wood allows tasting some cacao and vanilla as well.
Gastronomy and catering
As an appetizer or at the end of a meal, its complexity allows for it to be perfect for accompanying very sweet or sour dishes. Dessert will be its most faithful companion.
Production Zone
Just within 15 km from the city of San Juan is “Albardón” district, which hosts the Muscatel grape that came from Alexandria. Its wild and sunny soil helps these grapes reach high sugar levels that highlight its quality and aromatic harmony.
