Tasting Description
Violet red to the eye, with a soft and surrounding drop and a special glitter of ruby shades.
Reminiscences of ripen fruit and red meat in its scent; while it is agile, soft and persistent to the mouth due to its sweet tannins.

Gastronomy and catering
Segisa Vineyard’s products are a perfect choice to have with red meat, especially pepper–spiced ribs.
Pasta is also a good choice.

San Juan, with an altitude of 630 m above sea level, has an ideal weather for growing the most outstanding quality vines.
The Syrah grape, Asian in origin and one of the oldest wine varieties known by men, found in San Juan an idyllic place to develop its remarkable features and became the most important one in San Juan.
