Type of wine: Torrontés - Chardonnay
Definition: Bivarietal
Composition: 75% Torrontes Sanjuanino - 25% Chardonnay

Tasting Description
Limpid yellow with soft golden shades that give a harmonious glitter to the eye. Flowery scents and fresh fruit smells. A subtle touch of Chardonnay gives it a soft pineapple taste. An excellent balance of acidity provides it with a young and pleasant freshness, while its brief contact with wood leaves a hint of butter and white chocolate. A round wine, with a soft persistence to the mouth.

Gastronomy and catering
An excellent choice to have with fish and seafood. Because of the subtlety of the fruits in it, it is ideal with finely spiced dishes.

Production zone
San Juan, with an altitude of 630 m above sea level, has an ideal weather for growing the most outstanding quality vines. “Torrontes Sanjuanino” grapes adapted themselves gracefully to the sunny rural soil which in turn allowed these fruits to reach ideal ripeness levels to get unique scents.
